DESCRIPTION
The ECS-2300 features an embedded Linux environment, allowing it to host 3rd party broadcast/multicast receive clients. Once content files are delivered to the ECS-2300, it forwards the content using traditional protocols (FTP, HTTP, etc.). The ECS-2300 is the bridge between the broadcast network and the traditional IP network LAN.
